FAQ / Shipping Information

please note: any items purchased with a pre-order will arrive in one shipment (with the pre-order). if you would like the additional items immediately, please place a separate order.

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days, unless your order includes a pre-ordered item. In that instance, your order will ship when the pre-order is available, typically 2 weeks before street date. Check the item description for details. USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-10 for international orders. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one month for domestic orders and one and a half months for international orders. If you've been waiting longer than that, send us an email.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
Team Love is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.

Sales tax is charged on orders at the local New York State tax rate.

Team Love will exchange or refund goods received at Team Love HQ within 20 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of invoice). All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with and a copy of your invoice. 
Please note that we will not accept returns of any music purchases unless the item has been damaged in transit, in which case we will provide a replacement.
Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Team Love, or in the case that an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

To return merchandise, email us at shop@team-love.com for return authorization.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Team Love will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.
Team Love is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Team Love does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Team Love, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.
International Orders are shipped by USPS - The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies but is estimated at 7-14 business days for Priority, depending on your country's customs regulations and procedures. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. (See more about duties below.) We appreciate hearing when you receive your package so we have realistic estimates to tell our other customers in your country. 

We wish we could offer a cheaper alternative to the cost of USPS international shipping rates, but we can't. The USPS has consistently raised international rates, and Priority Mail International is the cheapest available option that provides tracking/delivery confirmation for overseas addresses. 

If you select a shipping method that does not include tracking (First Class International), Team Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Team Love respects your privacy, and takes great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority.
